I agree that the lows probably are in for this year. But I do expect a substantial retrace in Novemeber -- back below Dow 8000 after getting near 9000 around election time.

How do the turnips see it?

Zeev: NAZ zapped through your three critical # 1222.22, 1238 and 1263 (#31005) last week and ended up in 1287. Do turnip still thinks the best this rally can do is between 1263 and 1296 (only 9 pts shy from last Fri closing) before assulting 1388? I sense some subtle change in mood in Wall Street from last 2 week rally. It appears that all bad news have already been priced in the stock price.

Between BRCD and BRCM, which one your prefer for a holding till Jan. 2003? My guess is BRCD, right?

Zeev do you have a time frame for the 6000 call on the Dow? Or is it to early to tell? Great thread! :)
