I guess the bigger question should be what sort of assets the company has. With a market cap of $223 million that is definitely something important to know. I think being an informed investor is definitely a good thing in this market. You need to know why things are the way that they are.
I like Yale though. I assume that you have shares in that one? The partnership seems like it could be a worthwhile one for both companies.
