Starting to uptick now... this is when high dollar volume starts to actually mean something. Once the volume is large enough that it starts to get up over the sitting shares is when you start to see movement. That's the hardest part about moving a stock that is close to a dollar. You have to push it hard before it starts to move. Looking pretty stable so far.
