If Dean was the total blundering, BS'ing idiot that many are portraying on this Board, I don't think an established CEO like Landreth (APEX) would have anything to do with Bradley in the first place. He would see through him in a minute. That's just my opinion.
Dean has admitted his mistakes in dealing with the Chicago Group and Newby which I give him credit for. I've also been wondering who steered them to Dean. Something tells me Dean didn't get on the phone and start calling people and came across them. Could it be someone in the inner circle that brought these people to Dean? Does Verity have any idea who?
We haven't heard anything from Dean since the last PR. But we've heard more than an earful from Verity. Verity's prognostications on the Board is the first time I personally have ever witnessed someone who had direct connections with a company and it's CEO come on a stock board and delineate any information regarding ongoing negotiations by a company. And hearing Verity literally accuse Dean of criminal misconduct in the handling of company affairs makes me take pause and wonder if Verity has a personal agenda at play. I personally feel that what he spewed along with what JR allegated did nothing but incite shareholders; boost the rhetoric of the stock bashers which promulgated the current drop in the SP to where it now stands. Verity had to know that what he would say would spark a sharp drop in the SP. So I'm wondering what did he think he would gain through his postings. More importantly, what matter would it make? We shareholders cannot do squat with regards to any doings by Dean. The only thing I can see that individual shareholders can do is attempt to contact the SEC. And what would that do. IMO, damage the company to where it may not recover altogether. And was that a motive for Verity posting what he did? I don't know. Let Verity come on here and tell us what productive reasoning he had for coming on the Board and spewing what he did.
Patent Pending, I don't know what is really going on behind the scenes. I have no reason to accept what Verity has to say as gospell. He may have his own personal agenda at play for whatever reason. And the way he came on this Board and started shooting those darts makes me suspicious. As far as I'm concerned we just have to wait for something official from the company so we can all make our own assessments of the the situation.
