The OS does stand at 1.8 billion shares with 1.4 billion out in the float. That's as of July 12th,keep checking on PS every so often and see it they jump.
The AS stands at an even 2 billion so they still have 200M shares they could dilute with. Let's hope they just keep those stored away.
