Although it is exciting & fantastic to think about all the company has in waiting...many would do better to remain composed & avoid establishing unrealistic expectations.
For one thing, Coats suggested that he may entertain a buy-back if they have the capital to do so. Right now, however, their growth prospects will be a priority & require capital ....so let's keep that in mind.
I do believe Coats has every intention of buying back shares to tighten that float & make for an appealing investor-friendly share structure-- but @ $1.00 HLNT will surely be descended upon by heavy & hard short interest that will crush the pps @ this stage. Fact is, a 1.8Billion O/S would imply this is a 1.8Bill$ Market Cap company & that is a tad ridiculous to imply at this juncture!
Over time is it possible,... yeah why not? But that might be a decade down the road. Much to do till then.
Depending upon the revenues, the deals, grants, fleets, distributors & all the rest-- WITH MOMO & good fortune, we might see a nickel broken (and perhaps some more with DF, depending upon the details) which makes that the wildcard.
But @ $.25 HLNT would be pushing a MC of 450Mill & that is sure to bring some serious downward heat on this stock w/o an O/S change. Perhaps a temporary stopping spot,... but unless pending news is amazing, the O/S can be reduced leaving enough capital to fund growth & mngmnt makes no mistakes there is no reason to assume that the $1.00 level gets breached never-mind sustained in the short-term here.
I hope everyone understands I am not trying to pour cold water on anyones happy dreaming,... I just don't want folks to get caught up in unlikely hype & fantasy thinking to the point that they miss the GREAT opportunity that is in front of them right now!!
This stock will continue it's ascent and should reasonably find a valuation above $.02 in my view but time will tell-- always does!
The CEO might be able to buy-back shares & change the game, but if you think about what he's got going on, methinks he will need that capital to invest in the growth the business requires. NOW, if he gets favorable terms from DF, capital advance, a sizable down-payment & perhaps a nice term-friendly loan for executing the JV's with DF, then we could be engaging in a completely different discussion (as I intimated earlier).

I am still adding here & keep exploding my cost avg higher with each passing trading-level. I do believe we are not too far from breaking past the penny mark, at least, with more great days ahead!! It is relevant to note that my evaluations do not include lots of speculation nor the momentum that creates. I have seen stranger things but $.25 or more would be absolutely incredible!!
