simple questions -

1. Why Q4 2009 financials are not audited as you have been saying you are curious to see if they will be audited?
2. Where are the Form 3's from JD and Glenn?
3. What is the reason for not announcing CEO name and waiting until 1/1/11?

Not trying to attack you, but since you have been doing DD regularly outside SMB....wanted to know if you have answers to these questions?

Why on earth would anybody care what mgmt had to say about anything anymore???

It has been proven that they are known liars. That's not a crazy theory like the NSS theories, it is a fact.

It is also a known FACT that massive amounts of dumping occurred last Sept 15th.

It is a known fact that Expo took out a loan for 400k that they were paying 240,000 per year in interest on this note. That is 60%. Why did the company take out a 400k loan???? Oh yeah so they could let the two directors put it in their wallets. I am not sure what they call that on planet conspiracy, but here on earth we call that scamming.

It is funny that this is all publicly available information but it is ignored.

How can anybody actually claim that this is a legitimate enterprise? What legit company pulls stunts like this?

Most posters don't get *riled* at the hint of shorting 4kids.
Most get riled at the continuing insistence that it even exists with zero evidence to back it up. When a poster brings up shorting as the only reason for a stock falling to historical lows continually, the whole premise becomes old quickly.
If an occasional post was directed at another possible reason for a falling PPS, like failed promises of huge revenues, then the riled may go away.
