There's never been any proof of naked shorting for any penny stock in the way that shareholders scream.
I believe a US*P investor actually got some investigation into it and they came back saying they couldn't find any shred of evidence other than the company causing the problems.
Go ahead and report it to the SEC but it's only going to cause an investigation into the company and not any MM.
