Lucy, Why not email the TA and receive the share structure. Then you would know and you would receive the share structure information the same as i have on several occassions as well as other memebers of this board.
Out of all the research i have done you are the only one i have come across that seems to believe the definition you give out.
To answer your queestion, I have called the TA. That was one of the first things i did. What they told me is this, " We can not give the information over the phone, your request can be made by email or fax and you will receive the information." I did just as directed and what do you know, i got the share structure information as i have posted on this board as prove of contact.
so the question is, are you willing to email the TA as they request, or are you not willing to do the work it takes to get the answers. Its not that hard to write an email and ask for the share structure. RE read the post fromt he CEO in the sticky notes also. Expressly says the TA has authorization to give information, it just happens to be by email.
As i was always told growing up. Just because someone doesnt do something the way you want them to do it, doesnt mean that they are wrong.
