A "Gagged" transfer agent is one which has been instructed by the company they are working for to not release information, such as the share structure.

Not correct Transfer Agents give you the data over the phone or refuse to give information. This one refused several times. Sending out an e-mail is foolish and childish in my opinion. If your not gagged give the caller the information their seeking.
