I'm guessing that the next communication will be in the form of a PR and not Money TV because of all the time involved. I also believe that we will have an answer long before the RSNA Conference. Was just to let us know they haven't heard anything.
Last time we didn't hear for a while they were in contact with the fda and they submitted the easier to read application which didn't restart the clock but certainly slowed things down
To me it alleviated my worry that something similar was happening this time around.
