...have a quick look at some of the PR's,...dating back to the change in officers (of the company) January or even earlier, DF has been in contact & communications with the company for quite awhile.
Even having visited HLNT here in the US to see tests performed live, on equipment some months back, that presumably went very well.
That visit & subsequent talks resulted in 3 JV LOI's (Joint Venture Letters of Intent to form partnerships for 3 different business enterprises)...
it is all in the PR's...
Then, recently Coats announces that HLNT reps have been asked to visit China "and will be going within the next month" or so...week later, they have a new stainless-steel brand-new improved model (that the Chinese never even saw before, better than the one in which the LOI's were based upon...) and had it shipped for demos taking place about a week after the original China announcement PR was put forth. What I like about that move is the subtle way this guy Coats underpromises & overdelivers again & again & again. He had to have known when the China trip was arranged but was careful to project it further down the road just in case. I think we are closer to doing bus with DF than he lets on!! Just mho.
Then again I could be wrong, what the hell do I know?
