You know the more I think about that the more plausible it seems. It explains almost every move. You forgot a couple though.
1. Glen taking over as CEO was a figure head move to say the least. Because it appears he has made zero move's. Other than to prepare for another career with Expo's help of the fax machine. Couldn't resist.
2. It also explains why for the past 9 months or so JD has seemed to not really care about the pps. If he was being bought out the new guy would love the cheap shares. Which would make your #5 more of a possibility.
