Kimble, sorry I will butt out of this. The intended use of a MTV spot does not mean anything nor could understanding it benefit share holders. Try looking into the intended use for the Dvis. Compare that to the different machines being used to find SE or NSE. Then place your bet on those finding instead of determining the intended use on Deans investment in MTV.

He didn't give advanced notice to us (via Facebook for example) because of the caller on the last conf call asking that he heard "Dean gives out company info on Facebook". Dean replied "NO" to that question, which was arguably incorrect...certainly gray area.
Now, he just won't say anything which is his right and probably the ocrrect thing to so (and advice from hsi lawyers).
