Good news tends to travel faster than bad, and nothing out yet, so more and more i'm prepared for something negative .... my first reaction was the same, damn i shoulda been awake on the 10th, gotten a catchable bid in ... but now, who knows .... merger progress is not out of the question, stranger things have happened than common sense temporarily ruling the mind of man .... thing is though, best not to count on it, lol
sul.v - Kastel mentions Sultan, i am currently out of it but looking for re-entry ... kind of amazing how some of these have sold back so hard, in this case it's partly a perception that control by Kinross will blunt speculative opportunity ... ? - dunno, just a guess ... sul does retain operatorship for now
yqr.v - Conquest is another hard to explain .... them getting Jerooy is still a possibility, i hear [roughly a week ago], and believe it or not they stand a good chance of financing the project, if and when the legalities are sorted out ... so i am told anyway, by a reasonably impartial and astute individual ... but even without this, they have the Red Lake play, and they're getting absolutely no interest in the market .... no one's dumping hard yet into the stink bids, that's also true, but what's the point of watching this - a person maybe should just shut off his computer, check in once a week until peak of taxloss season, 10 december or so
