I think you hit everything that is missing. You should send tellytube support an email of that comment for suggestions. I am sure they are thinking of most of these already but it will take time and money to put it all together, but it helps to see all the objectives listed in one page.
Unfortunately, even with all the updates that you mentioned that are necessary, this will not set tellytube aside from youtube. They need to think of something else that is innovative....perhaps the get paid slogan may be enough...
