Hunter is spot on. There is no evidence of the company spending any money out of the ordinary… may I remind you that YOU paid to get your certs back not they, they authorized a reverse split not you. You follow me? Its all about they and not YOU!

Furthermore, I have a hard time believing anyone spending $120k on a pinksheet gamble unless of course it was the promoter himself making the claim.
