Any idea about ISIM float numbers? Looking at past days, moved easily on low volume.

Found this about ISIM share structure:

Tech Development LLC owns 329,890,435 shares of the 515,453,806 shares issued and outstanding, representing 64% of the common stock

So float has to be a maximum of 185M, and if there are other insiders holding shares, even less.
