Voting control is not the only reason a company. INBG/FHH SINO would buy the common shares. There are many, many reason why a compny would buy back common share.

Company to buy back common shares to reduce float - To attract more investors, to raise the PPS, to work towards a goal of up-listing to a higher exchange just to mention a few.

Good try Bruce, not buying your BLAH BLAH BLAH, nor are most here.

well now lets answer your question now,

By Bruce T,
Here's a question for you:

If KY is so wonderful as to be fully reporting, why, exactly, did he not file an 8K (material event) when he dumped another 38% dilution into the float paying off a very small amount of the convertible debt? Why did he make you wait until he announced the merger and then let that little detail drift out in the Q two months later?

Answer he did not just do it then waite for it to drift out as you say, he told us it was to happen and why in the prior 10q before the last 8k and the last 10q. Plenty of notice that he was going to have to, and why. Page 13 note 3

Thanks for playing though!

Thanks Bruce.. I will do some facting finding about the 5% rule.. and if they are able to go around it.. and what the Laws are like for OTC vs Nasdaq..
And if there are loopholes in the system that would allow them to do so.. You raised an interesting point however at the end of the day all of our speculation will be awaiting INBG next move..
