James, On BICO, the fundamentals are good, and the company is in a cool business sector. But I'm noticing that the O/S keeps increasing, and also Cornell Capital Partners are involved here... for some reason they seem to have a bad reputation with traders.
Technically, BICO is attempting to break-out of a sloppily formed cup and handle here, at a major resistance level just over .06.
Overall, BICO doesn't meet my strict tops-down appraoch to going long on a stock, and given the current market conditions, I see more downside risk then upside reward here.
