Common sense says anybody issuing shares already knows the net effect will be two things, lower PPS and fleeing investors. So why would an issuer wait for a PPS to rise when you know it won't and your window of opportunity for pulling cash out of the market is dwindling?

Besides if you don't get enough cash out of the market this time you can reissue shares anytime... it's survival mode there is no regard for shareholders.

Also there were two posts on the facebook site recently asking Frank if he was selling shares into PR's. Not only neither question answered but after a week both posts were deleted altogether.

Additionally, the effects of the PR are limited, 45 million shares yesterday, 1.7 million today. No time to wait for any rise in PPS.

There is no common sense at all in that assertion. There is absolutely no evidence of naked shorting in GDHI nor any significant short at all. The last short interest report shows the total short is just 1/10th of 1% of the OS ... and NONE of that is a naked short.
