that may be the case that MBB's holding out for more - we just don't know a thing about what is happening. since all information has been originating from the NIMBYs, I would love some info as to timeframe update or similar. I'd really hate to see lack of clarity causing the SEC to question the value of the project as well. Not saying that will happen, since I don't know how they think, but I suppose it might be possible. If I remember correctly, CPD tried to put that bug in their ear.
