That report certainly doesn't sound good for UTA. Although written by a short seller so surely biased. What I don't get...this company has been around for years...nobody ever bothered to try their site until now??

UTA - Bronte's article is well written and rather convincing on the surface .... but one always needs to be suspicious of these short sellers and the "spin" they inevitably use to attack their target .... they have a lot of money riding on it.

Much of his bashing pertains to his experience at the English version of their website .... but it would be easy to deliberately cause problems by entering incorrect data or otherwise misusing the website .... not to mention that the vast majority of their business would be in Chinese, not English.

I'm holding on to UTA for now, given how cheap it's gotten, but clearly there's a risk of fraud. Currently I have a 2% position. It might be good for a tax loss at year end. haha. Time will tell.

UTA compelling..Your joking right..If not please change your moniker it doesnt fit..
