Well all I am saying is that the off the shelf parts interact with certain sorts of software, and I'm sure they went with software along these lines with small changes in coding and such. And as for coding no two products are the same, so what your saying is anything with new software wouldn't get FDA clearance, which I am sure has happened.
Shaka like many of your posts you are trying misdirection. The issue is not substantial equivalency with the software but rather the images produced by the device.
