Frank has never mentioned or give any hint of established distribution outlets in Canada, the U.S. or Latin American.

Here is how a "distribution agreement" works. You express interest in becoming a distributor for a company's products. They say, "Great, my secretary will fax over the agreement, sign it and fax it back".

"Congratulations, you are now a distibutor. Now let us know when you are ready to place an order for our products."

Even if Frank had distribution outlets as such it would be many months or longer before any of this translated into meaningful sales.

So what is the purpose of today's PR??

There were plenty of distribution agreements signed this year that are due a report on performance...the 3 in 1 coffee brand, wine sales, goya foods, shangri-la teas, vosges chocolate, burger king, etc. No PR's of any prior "distribution" agreements have ever been followed up with sales data.

So again, what is the purpose of today's PR??

The fact that another PR of "an agreement" is offered in lieu of a sales PR tells you what the sales are...
