Like the famous military response to the question of will you win the war, it depends upon the enemy and the terrain. As to IMGG it depends upon what happens between then and now. There are better odds that a response will come before then. The odds are lower that the FDA will flat out reject the device or be silent.
The longer it goes that there is no word it will give posters like you the needed fuel to your argument that IMGG is just smoke and mirrors. Think about it. The only thing that has happened in the last several weeks is the passing of time. Nothing has changed. No one has said anything on either side of the issue.
So I choose to let the situation play out rather than assume someone is lying or something must be wrong just because a government agency is not as responsive as we would all like.
