There are alot of companies trading who's ceos mislead the shareholders. Look at MLON, they issued statements that their price was going to be such and such and caused a run until nothing happened and it crashed. I think Frank has all of the things he says in the works but not completed. He gets impatient and announces them with good intentions and then delays happen for whatever reason. Frank doesn't misinform at the time he announces but he should just wait until the events happen and then announce them after the fact. Maybe he will do that after this. The good thing is the stock is stabilizing at a price based on no new hype expected. If Frank would quit making Prs of upcoming events, and just close the deals and then do follow up PRs, the price would have a nice continual uptrend without the volitility.IMO-TW
