I think IRF will do very well in the long term. My comments are of course only pertinent to the short/medium term, at best.
I think it is worth revisiting valuations, within the historic context for particular stocks. That will give a clue as to the stocks with comparatively less downside, and comparatively more upside, when the market finally reverses.
Dividend producing stocks are excellent very long-term holds, and some of the utility stocks are very much worth looking at in that regard. Some are not very volatile, have low valuations, but still produce fairly good dividends.
