Well, charting really is more of an art than a science, the trick is turning the indicators, overlays, volume and the chart itself into words that represent mindset. There's much resistance to get to where I mentioned and absent the required volume it will not happen unless there's some covert action at work or substantive breaking news. News trumps all.
