Thanks i was trying to figure the date they increased it. . O/S was 30M as of last month. Im under the assumption they increased AS for pending Letters of Intent etc.

The document that was posted says status date ...6-02-10? Quarterly covered everything through the end of June 2010. If they owed in taxes wouldnt it be mentioned in the latest 10-Q?
