Introduce 'em to reality...every time one of 'em starts their fakey BS just cut off all their govt aid for 30 days. ALL of it...SS, Medicare, AFDC, Unemployment, etc. If they're not getting any aid, toss 'em in jail on bread/water for 30 days.
