I don't care if you don't believe me. That's what makes a market. Even if the conspiracy is true, it will take years to sort out in courts. I just want the tax refunds back. That will put pref's in a position to reject the POR b/c they will be a partially impaired class that has to approve the POR before moving forward. (Which will be extremely positive for commons)
