I really hate to say it... But, you are not doing anything good trying to prove your point with that comparison! Looks to me that smallcapvoice is trying to pump TGGI by using the logo of "TransGlobal" in the article that you linked. If you read the print at the bottom of your second link, you will find that that TransGlobal is a company based in England, not the USA! I would not be surprised if the English TransGlobal filed suit based upon that infringement, if they became aware of it!

They are two separate companies located in two separate countries. Their choice of name is the only thing that they have in common!
