Perhaps you should re-read my post. However, previous Mgt. of TGGI (Med Rep, Maître D, and Vehicle Audio Installer) were trained in insulation business by AMNE CEO(TM) & AMNE COO(GG)prior to the deal to Sell Ecosafe to them. They have all resigned, I guess, per the TGGI PR and moved on to ALFE. Also was a poster here some time ago that claimed he had arranged some financing for TGGI. He also had close ties to TM previous to GG officially joining AMNE. As for the SEC complaints, that information is not made public by the SEC until an investigation is formally announced.

Not worried I did the initial finance on this company and bought the shell the head guy is from NYSE companies so this is not the typical print and churn

I have met with Terry and John several times in NY, CT and FL am I asked to assist AMNE with things "Yes" DO I have inside information "NO" nor do I act upon any conversation we may have...Have I seen the papers people speak about here "YES" and have said months I ago that I have...Do I know the history of the transaction from December 27th 2007 forward "YES"....Did I meet with Terry a few weeks back in FL "YES" (He had a hamburger I had chicken)Will I meet with him again "YES" if asked....AM I a IR person no shareholder relations "NO" I think those who have read some of my posts in the past would think that would be a bad move for the company....Do I speak for AMNE "NO" only Terry can....
