Management's business plan is to milk this thing for as much as they can and leave it for dead.

Management can't tell me what business we are in. They can't tell me what the operating business is that calls itself Wastech. They can't tell me who their clients are, their vendors, their suppliers, how many contracts they have signed and in place.
