I don't know, all I ever get is a first name or an employee number. Company policy is no full names almost every time. Heck, I can't even call the company back and get the same person again without going through hoops.
I think what we need to realize is that the APEX boys are starting to run QASP as a, dare I say it, real company that doesn't have the CEO chatting with board members here and making bets on video conference calls with posters. Get used to it, party's over my friends. We're going the real company route.
