I also was surprised with the number of additional issues and the depth in which he elaborated on in the report in the short amount of time in which he started, and from the Judge's original instructions for his scope in which she didn't have any issues with. Go WAMU!!!

Agreed. The report is very easy to read and follow. I hope all are able to read it to better understand the foundation of our claims and potential paths of recovery.

Good post. People need to recognize that the UST and the EC was asking for the examiner. The examiner was appointed due to our persistance.
