Well, not quite. Alpha Industries (AHAA) merged with the handset RF IC division of CNXT and the new company, SWKS, retained AHAA's top management. That is key, IMHO, as AHAA's managment is second to none and I would not be playing SWKS had the CNXT team remained in place.

Look for them to report a blowout quarter on 10/29.

Actually it was Alpha Industries (old AHAA) who acquired CNXT's wireless business. They are now the RFIC leader and this will become more apparent to the street eventually. There is just no way RFMD is worth 3X sales when SWKS is 1X.
