I see I have a fellow friend whose almost theres have also flopped in every case. I am just hopeing that this will be the one that actually goes north. The almost theres seldom languish for years In my experience. They make it or are bought out but usually just run out of cash then years later I get a letter from some law firm thats suing whoever is left for money and I may get a check a year later for about 35 dollars, or about 50 shares worth of Cpst. I just don't see this one languishing too awfully long. By 1012 I think the path, good or bad, will be very clear. At 58 years old, that is what I think. (me 58, not Capstone)
