marcq..OK, you've given your opinion. I don't happen to agree with it because I've heard the same things about other penny stocks that tanked and screwed investors. You know, the short theory and the protect assets theory. In the end, they don't wash out as being the real reasons. Time will tell for you investors. I don't wish you financial harm but I see it coming.
