Hi Jim, nice to hear from you. TBH I have no idea what's up with BMXD. It could possibly be a vehicle for KATX to move to OTCBB, but then so could many hundreds of other shell type OTC companies that Ken could choose from. The only link we have is a very tenuous one (BMXD is owned by the senior partner of KAT Exploration's recently appointed accountants and we know it's not really doing much if any business as the only income it received in the last quarter was for $5k for rent). We will just have to continue to watch out for BMXD filings and see what transpires. Probably it will lead to nothing, but one never knows...
