Tinkerbelle, that is very interesting. You know what, I even opened up that 8K and I still didn't see that part of it!
I must admit I am totally in two minds on this. On the one hand it appears that BMXD's previous auditors were indeed in violation and as such it makes sense that they would be dismissed. OTOH it fits the BVIG pattern.
