Hi Bio, yes the conversation was towards the end of June. Just type BMXD into the board search and you'll find all the discussion, there wasn't too much of it so it is easy to quickly refresh one's memory!
I do not know how long these things take. BVIG received its failure to comply notice in February. I have no idea whether this might give us an indication of time scales or not.
Regarding actual trading, yes if KATX buys BMXD and moves from one to the other there would definitely be a noticeable change occur.
