The “one month” Lovenox hypothesis, which was promulgated by Bill Marth on Teva’s 2Q10 CC, never passed the sniff test, IMO. Hence, the fact that a month has elapsed since NVS/MNTA’s Jul 23 approval is not in itself a consequential milestone. Nice try by Wedbush, however.
