I dont think that a P&D necessarily needs some sort of internet footprint of pumping posts. If I recall MNCS was pumped to $9.00 plus on heavy volume of 22k daily and had something like 98 green days in a 99 day run closing highere evry day by a few pennies.
I never for one minute believed that any of taht volume was anything but insiders trading their own shares ( see recent SSSI SEC news) of a worthless shell.
The stock was bankrupt and at .001 within a year. I never saw it mentioned anywhere on any board and I went looking.
