Me thinks settlement may be imminent because jury should have come back for damages phase last week, but Pacer (electronic docket for court system) appears to suggest that the judge sent the jury home until Monday. This, combined with this statement from ARBA's PR person:
"Ariba spokesman Kevin Brooks said the case could be settled before the damages phase begins but said a settlement is not guaranteed. Brooks said Ariba disagrees with the jury's findings, and absent a settlement, Ariba said it intends to appeal.
