Simply put there is one thing that proves the float is tiny.....The way it trades. PERIOD.

You don't get a run of a 1000% run from .009 to .09 on under 2 million traded unless the float is TINY.

If there is proof that the float is 5 million than this will run.

As to your post. I don't think Ray knows crap besides how to run his mouth. So no it does not surprise me in the least that he does not know his float. Or maybe he was smart enough to create the confusion so that a PR would need to be put out to verify a STILL very low float.

Anyway...it's a pinkie. Get in and get out and move on.

Good point. You would think the guy would have a clue. The same games have been going on with MDIN for months and that POS trades at .0005 post split. I'm starting to think Ray is Corey Ribotsky's lap dog.

This business exists for one purpose and that is the conversion of shares for NIR Group. IMO

presto, pronto, exactamundo! now that is exactly what i have been saying in so many words all day. ofcourse a ceo knows what his company's share structure is. and no, a ta can't just issue shares without a company's consent. and given the fact that the ceo has the audacity to comment that 5 mill is still small for a float is laughable at best. so in other words, he is saying that even though he claims the transfer agent screwed up the share structure, it will stand, because why exactly? i mean, if it's wrong, why wouldn't he have it "corrected". it's all bogus if you ask me. in fact, i would love for the sec to weigh in on this one. i would love for an sec attorney just to read through the company's blog posts and tell the public what they think is the real deal story here. imo
