This is what I found...Do a search for all filings with the lawyers name Norman T Reynolds and also for the law firm name and then trace those companies... at www.atedegar.com. You will soon see they orginate back to the same people in San Diego and you will find people that are involved in more then one of these companys on Norman Ts List and they all have the same business plan of S8s and R/S. Their only business plan and intention is to cheat stockholders and traders IMO. Do a search and read the filings of Commerce Development Corp LTD SIC 0001208790 a private company and check out again all the names and find it all goes around in a circle. Search by addresses as often the names change but the address remain the same...ategar is very good for this...It is very complicated and will demand alot of time but it is all possible to prove. This is what I know so good luck.
