hges, that's crap. Suggesting the misrepresentation of the Bush administration was in any
real important way analogous in error to the consolidation of bits of what Keenan actually wrote,
into a 'quote', in which the essence of what Keenan suggested is not misrepresented, is total bs.

Bottom line is

He [Keenan] articulated it clearly that if the US were to maintain it's dominant, inequitable
relative position re distribution of wealth and resources then US foreign policy MUST
BE DEVOID OF CONSIDERATIONS OF DEMOCRACY, HUMAN RIGHTS ETC.

Not that it matters, but did you notice the bits of what Keenan actually wrote combined
as a Keenan 'quote' in F6's post is not identical to the bits at the top of your link.
