nobody said that it is guaranteed it will happen in 150 days, but since in the last 2 quarters it happened 100% of the time, I think there could be reasonable expectation it may happen again.

Let me try different way:
You would like to get on the 8:00AM train that for the last 180 days left on time (8:00AM), would it be a good idea to be on it by 8:00AM with the ticket in your hand (unless you can buy it on the train), or would you just shrug it off and showed up 8:15 at the station?
